Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (“the Board”) is the governing body of the GTBAA. The Board has supervision, control, and direction of the management, affairs, and property of the organization. The Board determines the policies of the GTBAA and make any changes to such policies. The Board actively pursues the purposes and objectives of the GTBAA and supervises the disbursement of GTBAA funds.
